This event is designed to showcase Niue ISLAND's extraordinary local produce to the world while guests experience a new flare of cooking from international culinary experts. 

Running for four days from Friday 2nd to Monday 5th September 2016 the programme has been designed to appeal to the widest audience and includes cultural community food events, celebrity chef cooking demonstrations matched with NZ wines, a junior chef challenge, and wine blending, culminating in a spectacular gala dinner – all  under a tropical sky.
