POLYNESIAN FLAVOURS INTERNATIONALLY CRAFTED

This event is designed to showcase Niue ISLAND's extraordinary local produce to the world while guests experience a new flare of cooking from international culinary experts. 

Running for three days from Friday 2nd to Monday 5th November 2018 the programme includes sumptuous meals matched with NZ wines and chef cooking demonstrations, all culminating in a spectacular gala dinner – all under a tropical sky.
